Terms of Service

Sub-X provides speedcubing analytics tools, including solve and session tracking, statistics, training aids, and optional AI-generated insights. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights while using the Service;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that you do not have the right to share;
• misuse other users’ data or scrape the Service in a way that harms it or its users.

You retain ownership of the data you create or import, such as your solves and profile content. You grant us the permission needed to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service — including showing your username and statistics on public profile and leaderboard pages. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to any content you add.

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for authentication and AI features) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Analytics, predictions, and AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sub-X and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
